The Competition will run under full LAQ rules.

Athletes qualify by competing at the McDonald’s Regional Relays.

Athletes must wear the approved City North LAQ Centre uniform.

Athletes and parents, please come prepared for all types of weather as the competition will only be cancelled under extreme weather conditions.
